Venue
The kick-off will take place at the Basic Internet Foundation, Gunnar Randers vei 19, 2007 Kjeller, co-located with the Department of Technology Systems (ITS) at the University of Oslo. See:

- Hotel recommendations: we don't have specific recommendations, choose what you like. It is 10 min by train from Oslo Central Station to Lillestrøm, and from there bus service to Kjeller. Thus, no real difference in choosing a hotel in Kjeller, Lillestrøm or Oslo
Reimbursement
Every partner is responsible for booking of the trip & hotel. If you need help, ask Christine or Josef for help. We will organise a dinner on Thursday evening.
Regarding reimbursement, please have in mind the Governmental_Rules_2017_Travel which the Research Council of Norway applies for reimbursement.

Public seminar "Digital Inclusion for Health and Digital Societies"

The DigI project invites to a public seminar on Digital Inclusion for Health, Education and Digital Societies. The seminar will focus on the need for partnership to let emerging economies become part of the digital society. The pilot operations in Tanzania (TZ) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have given us a good insight into aspects of Digitisation in Emerging Economies. Having the specific focus on Digital Health in TZ, and on digital economies in DRC, the speakers will focus on the specific needs for these two sectors.
The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion addressing the input from the participants. After the panel discussion, opportunities are given to talk directly to the members of the team and our experts from Africa.
