I think the problem is that, you have chosen the document file to be uploaded by only clicking the browse button, but did not click the upload button individually for each type of document(like business, tech or market). To upload a document for an idea, you have first choose the file through browse button, then upload it by clicking the upload button right side of the browse button and finally clicking the save button at the bottom of the page. Otherwise the file will not be uploaded to the server.
