Regarding the tablets, there are several points to be considered: how can we ensure that the digital information can be used by everyone? what are the incentives for a person (in TZ) making the tablet being avaible? Specifically, should the tablet be fixed to the desk, and such always available? or should one person own the tablet, and make it available for the community we are planning to send to tablets out - but what will happen then?
