Movation:Josef Goals

Movation

This page outlines my expectations towards Movation, and where I would like to see the developments going. It can be summarised in the following bullets:

• 1. Vision:

  • "Movation skal være Nordens fremste, uavhengige pådriver for et suksessrikt innovasjonssamfunn. Vårt mål er å koble ideskapere, gründere, eiere, samarbeidspartnere og investorer med nødvendig kapital, kommunikasjon og kompetanse for å lykkes"

• 2. Define measurable outcome for all areas
  • Partners - what do we deliver to them?
  • InnoBørs - where do we want to be in Dec. 2013
  • InnoResearch - capitalize our knowledge

• 3. Establish a correspondent work plan
  • Clear goals with time lines

InnoBørs

I'm missing a clear commitment to go ahead with the InnoBørs. A commitment would include that we

• get a vision in place "the portal shall the preferred portal for entrepreneurs and investors"
• learn to understand what that means
  • interview people
  • get feedback
• look for a person with interaction design who can help us in telling what we need
• get investors to help with funding.

If not, then I would simply turn the InnoBørs down.

InnoResearch

Currently we do Research for getting funding for the drift of Movation. That is not a viable option. If we commit ourselves to Research, then we should deliver what we promise. We had bad examples of delivery (Nordic Innovation) and good examples (pSHIELD). But we are running the risk that "left hand research" will give us bad credibility.

And my suggestion is that we take the IQ_Engine concept as a software basis, which we can handle "as our own" (needs agreement with Alfatroll") to get it out in the market. not realistic?

I expect that

• a new project (BIA, EU, Artemis) will lead to the hire of a NæringsPhD
• Until then, that 20% of the income from Research Projects (PES, nSHIELD, ...) is used to cover Josef's work.

Recommendations for Movation

Get external funding to be able to develop the InnoBørs.

• Norway?
• International partners?

This can be achieved through an emission, or by selling stocks.
