Our goal is to establish standards for "Internet Lite, and the free access to information for everyone.
While we work on the regulatory framework, we need to filter by Web pages. Not a perfect solution, but a small step forward. Each Local Network Control Centre (LNCC) (see: BasicInternet:Solutions) has a Whitelist of URLs being enabled. Our centralised AAA server connects once during the night and updates the white list. Your regional administrator can update the White_list
For more details, get in contact with your regional administrator. Your regional administrator can define vouchers for free access to information, e.g. for 1h, 4h or 24h.
