We went back the second day to test signals and strength for the hotspots, see DigI:Villages and DigI:Idodi for detailed information.

Kimande was visited next, and we had a nice meeting with the sub-village leaders of Kimande Central, Kikuluwe, Mjimwema, Mwatenga and Igundamwanyi.
Kimande sub-village meeting
The dispensary was explored, masts were identified and measurements taken. See DigI:Villages and DigI:Kimande for more information.

Between meetings with sub-village leaders and people from the communities, preparations for the second round / first follow up in the study "Free digital health education in Iringa, Tanzania" took place. All tablets were updated, and the questionnaire was gone through in detail, to make sure everything was perfect in our didgital data collection tool. Testing was successfully conducted on site.

Our intervention villages DigI:Izazi and DigI:Migoli were visited, and all sub-village leaders were participating in the meetings, ensuring their support. We are convinced that without this local and crucial, it would be very difficult to implement such a digital innovation project, with the following digital health intervention. We are humble and grateful for the collaborating efforts in the villages.
