Management System
The management system will be composed by two main applications or systems:
- The Network Management System (NMS) for Radio Access Network (RAN)
- The Radio Capacity Management System (RCMS) for Base Station (BS) view and configuration
Network Management System
Runcom has a NMS system called Net Mentor. This system is designed to manage CPEs and Base Stations. With this tool the system administrator can:
- Configure,
- Diagnose and
- Update firmware.
Based on SNMP protocol, it requires and http server together with a MySQL database.
Radio Capacity Management System
