  • Foster and enable major partnerships projects based on digital integration around the shores of Lake Victoria Region using Integrated Development Africa Programme (IDAP), which John Malamba, the Director of Siaya Community Library is the founder of and a board member
  • Work towards a sustainable business model with Basic Internet Foundation that will continue bankrolling the project devoid of funding in the foreseeable future

Note for both partners Both partners will disseminate the ideas and results to relevant organisations, and work on project funding for the extension of the connectivity. Both partners will work together to ensure a sustainable business model for the pilot project that will be replicable as the project extends to further areas of the region. The business model will clearly outline how the two partners plan on getting funding and how the funding acquired will be used to ensure that the project becomes sustainable by a stipulated time-frame.
