Admin should be allowed to change the titel of an idea. We don't want to see long titels, such as "Changetech - å hjelpe så mange....", should be just Changetech
What we currently can do (change the following titles)

- Changetech
- NFC-ticket (replacing "Et innovtivt og betalings systemet...."
