I graduated from University of Oslo in 2013 and right after that found an oppurtunity to work on IT infrastructure from the scratch at newly established state University, university of Haripur UOH, Pakistan. Its more than three years passed that i practised against the ongoing system of adopting the IT infrastructure in the government organizations and institutions and therefore still many schools, colleges, universities hospitals etc still could not avail the oppurtunity of investing huge on required IT infrastructure. So my system resulted huge cuts interms of investments while adopting the required IT infrastructure. The system comprised of latest tools and technologies, opensource and proprietery as well, efficient and reliable as compared to sister universities of UOH. Pakistan is one of the developing country striving towards being called developed. Things that keep this difference is deprivation of modern technologies yet not being adopted by our institutio! ns. Schools, colleges, Universities and other offices still live in an era of paper job. Current practices in here for introducing technological initiatives in one’s institute involve huge investments. We can significantly cut those investments by adopting a path that developed countries adopted for themselves. The wheels are already invented and are free of cost. But we need to learn and adopt them. Therefore we are here to play our part. I am writing this to find an oppurtunity to share my experience and avails yours to enhance our vision further in playing our role to the gobal development where it is needed.
