Campus Kjeller - main conference in HiOA

Travel

Oslo has three airports, the main one being Oslo Gardermoen (OSL), about 25 km north of Kjeller and 50 km north of Oslo. Rygge Airport (RYG) is about 70 km south east of Oslo, and Torp Airport (TRP) is about 120 km south west of Oslo. All airports are connected through busses and trains, with OSL having the most frequent connections.

Arrival to Airports around Oslo

All travel information from and to the airports is served by the Ruter Travel Planner.

Oslo airport Gardermoen (OSL) is served by the airport express train, regular trains, buss and taxi. Typical travel times are between 28-40 min to Kjeller.

• Airport express train, leaving every 10 min to Oslo. Every 2nd train stopps at Lillestrøm, from there you'll take the bus to Kjeller.
• Normal (NSB) trains leave about every 30 min, and will all stop in Lillestrøm before proceeding to Oslo.
• Airport express busses, both from Flybusexpressen (http://nor-way.no) and Flybussen (http://www.flybussen.no/oslo) go directly to Oslo
• Taxi: The price varies depending on the company. For the cheapest fare (ca 400-500 NOK ~ 50-60 Euro to Kjeller, 500-800 NOK til Oslo), go to the Taxi stand in the arrival hall and ask for the cheapest taxi to where you are going.

• 10:50h light train to Lillestrøm arrival 11:02; Departure Lillestrøm busterminal 11:16 with Bus 401 to Kjeller, bus stop: Forskningsparken (Skedsmo) at 11:26 - this connection is valid every 20 min
• 11:15h Flight Bus F1 to Majorstuen, stop Olavsgaard 11:40h; Departure 11:48h with bus 842 to Kjeller, stop: Forskningsparken 11:56

Travel Oslo-Kjeller

The easiest way to reach Kjeller is by train to Lillestrøm, and from there by bus to "Forskningsparken (Skedsmo)" . There are also direct busses from various places in Oslo to Kjeller, but they usually take longer time. Typical travel schedules are

• 08:14h Train L13 direction Dal to Lillestrøm 08:24h; from there at 08:31h by bus 401 to Forskningsparken arrival 08:41h
• 08:34h Train R10 direction Lillehammer to Lillestrøm arrival 08:44h, from there at 08:54 by bus 401 to Forskningsparken arrival 09:04h
