Ooi Chong Seong will be the President and founder of Legenda Education Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with a lot more than a 10 years of experience inside the field of higher schooling, is recognised as being a pioneer of non-public tertiary training in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held many senior management positions, both in private and public corporations and is recognised as a notable member of the business community.
He holds an Sophisticated Diploma in Business enterprise from the Affiliation of Business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Advertising and marketing from the Chartered Institute of Advertising (“CIM”), Uk. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his revolutionary function in the field of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award in the “10 Ideal Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
