I invited Frederick to Norway. He will come 25.-26. August to Norway for the big launch of Yeboo.
Let`s prepare

We also went through our plans and the milestones, and got agreement on all points. Good to talk in a language that both understand (programming).
However, one big point: Frederick has a point in promoting Yeboo rather than "back to Finn". He suggests that "powered by Finn", and then having a link to Yeboo with a big link to "Finn". Reason for that is the branding, as we otherwise may just be replaced by someone else.
We reached agreement on technical items, and I will send out a list of topics on where to work. Priorities are:
- A) facebook app with faster loading of images
- B) facebook search for keywords, including address and headers (e.g. 2 rom leilighet i oslo...)
- C) upgrade of google account to get sitemaps for all data on yeboo, bing and google (top listing in facebook is not possible - blocked by facebook)
- D) rich snappets to increase visibility in search engines
In parallel:
- analysis of core platform and resolving of speed issues.
- Frederick will directly involve Sergey in email exchange to enhance interaction
- Sergey will come back with timelines for achieving our milestones
We also had a long discussion on the way ahead - what is next: Mobile
- geolocation - which offers are around just where I am, what is the history of sales in the region
- 360 degree content presentation - based on mobile phone app (partnership)
- sharing of pictures and discussions in public profile. A community based recommender system
- plugin for natural language translation

Regarding Hybel (and rental) - what is our business here? Shall we use it to get members? And if so, is Yeboo the right brand, or should it be an own brand? How much similarities are there actually between buying and renting? - let's think one more time. If we go for it, then we need the .xml data quickly (very quickly)
