This WP will assure by internationally rec … This WP will assure by internationally recognized / certified project management methods that the SCOTT goals will be achieved as planned, i.e. within time, quality and budget planned. It will also perform risk management.
The aim of this WP is the provision of the administrative set-up and management of the SCOTT project. This will be fully in line with the requirements of ECSEL and ensure an effective and efficient project execution. Furthermore, this WP deals with the strategic and scientific guidance of the project. This comprises the activities of the main governing bodies: the Strategic Board and the Technical Board.
