Within different installations we have two main device types:

- ASA2
- ASA-Africa: each one is equipped with a VSAT System.
- Application Server: directly connected to CNOC, it provides some necessary services to the CNOC such as AAA, DHCP, DNS, Billing, Management and Maintenance.
- ASA1 - gets traffic from the various ASA-Africa and forwards to the CNOC. Provides IP ranges for each ASA-Africa#1, ASA-Africa#2, ...

Basic Internet categorizes content into two types:
- Text and Images: free for everyone.
- Audio and Video: in exchange for a small fee.
Basically what this means is that depending on user subscription, free or paid, users will have a different Quality of Service (QoS). Thus, free subscriptions users will not be able to see or listen any video or audio in streaming, their connection speed will not be very high. However, is it necessary to block audio and video content for free users?
