Basic Internet categorizes content into two types:

  • Text and Images: free for everyone.
  • Audio and Video: in exchange for a small fee.

Basically what this means is that depending on user subscription, free or paid, users will have a different Quality of Service (QoS). Thus, free subscriptions users will not be able to see or listen any video or audio in streaming, their connection speed will not be very high. However, is it necessary to block audio and video content for free users?
