Within different installations we have two main device types:

- CNOC
- ASA1: it gets traffic from various ASA-Africa and forwards to the CNOC.
- ASA2
- ASA-Africa: each one is equipped with a VSAT System.
- DHCP: main DHCP server. Provides IP addresses for both end-users and intermedia devices (CPE).
- AAA: Authentication, Authorization, Accounting server, together with a Web page in order to let each user authenticate into the system.
- Billing System: only accesible by the AAA server.
- ASA1 - gets traffic from the various ASA-Africa and forwards to the CNOC. Provides IP ranges for each ASA-Africa#1, ASA-Africa#2, ...

Basic Internet categorizes content into two types:
- Text and Images: free for everyone.
- Audio and Video: in exchange for a small fee.
Basically what this means is that depending on user subscription, free or paid, users will have a different Quality of Service (QoS). Thus, free subscriptions users will not be able to see or listen any video or audio in streaming, their connection speed will not be very high. However, is it necessary to block audio and video content for free users?
