This work package will focus on the coordi … This work package will focus on the coordination of the specification, integration, demonstration and evaluation of the use cases. Moreover, it covers tasks related to risk and change management from both, operational and technological perspective. The work in this subproject will be monitored, verified and validated with respect to the established development plan (working schedule, milestones etc.) and functional quality of the use cases. Additionally, it has to provide links to other WP’s, especially to the technical building blocks that will be integrated within different use cases. In order to ensure efficient use case management, WP6 will refer to activities from WP1 - from the level of each use case, risk monitoring activities will be performed and if necessary, a mitigation plan will be delivered. WP6 will also support WP27 Project Management in terms of risk monitoring and mitigation plans. Within each of the SCOTT industrial use cases, building block mapping will be performed with relation to WP22 Technology lines – Development and Implementation of Technologies Management. In order to provide smooth and efficient communication within each of the SCOTT use cases, as well as between all work packages, a detailed communication plan will be delivered. The aim of this activity is to describe how information in the SCOTT industrial use cases will be collected and distributed among interested participants in order to ensure effective and efficient communication.ure effective and efficient communication. +
