Selected Ethiopian PhD candidates are nominated for mobility to Norway. The Excel Smart project staff identify Norwegian researchers willing and interested in serving as a mentor and co-advisor for the PhD candidate in his/her PhD research project. The candidates where a Norwegian researcher is identified, will be notified.
