Regarding the tablets, there are several points to be considered:
  • how can we ensure that the digital information can be used by everyone?
  • what are the incentives for a person (in TZ) making the tablet being avaible?

Specifically,

  • should the tablet be fixed to the desk, and such always available?
  • or should one person own the tablet, and make it available for the community
  • we are planning to send to tablets out - but what will happen then?
