Attending:
Erwan on Mali. Testing electricity part. Governmental approval in Jan. Have a partner in Mali, solar and battery - Delta Engenering (energy, training, after sales etc). Concluding the contract with Orange and installation partner Dimensions in mid-feb. Testing in France during 1-2 months. May send equip to Mali. May - Sept platform running in Mali. Discussion on other content, education and health, needed.
Presentation from Erwan in April - oppurtunities. Visa letter from Orange. Christine sends the letters used last time to Erwan. (Bernard do not need)
