The meeting had the goal to discuss details of the site survey, based on Meeting DigI:Operator_value_proposition_Aug2017. Felix had prepared bullets for the site survey, and during the meeting we discussed and extended the topics.

We agreed to create the following documents:
- Technical site survey separating into village executives, operators and district authorities (3 site survey types), convert to questionnaire format (Felix, Christine)
- Introduction for DigI Site Survey (Maurice)
- How do we perform the site survey (Felix)
- Promotional material as first information to districts, villages, and operators (Elibariki)
- Josef to share with Elibariki the BasicInternet brochure
- Josef to establish a short document of an example of connectivity
