D4.2.2 | Assessment of stakeholder needs for Smart Grid Security Centre | M24 | NCE Smart | Heidi Tuiskula | Public |
Details:
- Assessment of security modules
- Establish simulations of modules, and share with end-users
- Pilot demonstrations of IoTSec solutions, e.g. BasicInternet lab
In this task the Smart Grid Security Centre will be established based on the needs of the industry and experience of the research field. Smart Grid Security Centre will involve at least 15 companies. This will become the essential link between research and industry in the field of IoT security and the innovation point for future projects and ideas. Smart Innovation Østfold is already hosting NCE Smart Energy Markets cluster and will use this previous expertise to successfully host the development and execution of the Smart Grid Security Centre. As a final goal for this task is to gain the international centre of excellence status. The concrete soul of the Smart Grid Security Centre will be the security laboratory developed in this task through which innovative solutions for securing smart grids can be developed. Development of the security lab includes assessment of security modules developed in the project, simulations of modules and feedback from Smart Grid Security Centre partners. Finally solutions for securing smart grids developed in the IoTSec project will be demonstrated.
