  • step 1: usage data from App and Web page usage
  • step 2: Interactivity with the material
  • step 3: Feedback from users on the content, e.g. "Thumb up"
  • step 4: interaction from people (using the apps) back to the University/Health Centres/Ministry of Health

We agreed on concentrating on step 1...3, leaving step 4 for a later stage
